Within our Aqalogy Team, we will always work as conscientiously as possible to be able to provide you with the best products and services.

CONDITIONS FOR THE EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF AQALOGY GOODS

The simplest (and only) way to exchange goods is to create a new order. Simply return the products you wish to exchange to our address and create a new order with the required products.

Unworn, unused and unwashed Aqalogy products can be returned within 60 days of delivery.

In the event that you happen to receive damaged goods or goods that you did not order, it is important that the products remain unworn, unused and unwashed. In this case, of course, we can pay you the full amount for damaged or mistakenly sent goods. Of course, we will also pay the postage costs associated with sending the goods to our address.

HOW TO RETURN AQALOGY GOODS

If you wish to return your order, please download the return form and send it to us at order@aqalogy.com. At the same time, place the printed version in the package with the goods that you wish to exchange or return. If you do not have the option to print this form, all you have to do is send it to us by e-mail and add a note to the package with the order number or the name of the person who created the order so that we can identify your returned package.

The return form includes your bank account number (IBAN), where we will send you the amount for the returned goods.

 The completed form (of course, except for the delivery number of the shipment, as you will not know it yet), please put it in the package for the goods you want to return and send it to us at:
