All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to AQALOGY.COM. 

Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering to the site, you have the option not to receive any information from AQALOGY.COM. If you wish to end your subscription to information from AQALOGY.COM send an email to info@aqalogy.com . State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.

If you wish, you have the right to know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to info@aqalogy.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Aqalogy makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Security is guaranteed by 3-D Secure technology. In the transaction process the card holder uses identification with their 3-D Secure password. 3-D Secure technology has been developed and is supported by Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard Secure Code) companies.

Transaction is realised online and usually takes approximately 10 seconds.

YOUR AQALOGY ORDER

Your order will be processed within one working day after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details. Please notice all emails are sent automatically, so you can be really sure that email has been sent to you. If you can not find it in your INBOX, please check your SPAM folder, especially if you are having GMAIL account.

Our Aqalogy products are distributed from our warehouse in Bratislava, the capital of Slovak Republic, European Union.

PRICES, CUSTOMS AND CURRENCIES

The prices you see specified next to our products are stated in the available currency of your market. They INCLUDE all shipping charges, so the price next to the product is the final one. You will not be charged by any additional charges from Aqalogy.com

Please notice that if your country is a part of European Union you will NOT pay any customs once the products are entering the country.

Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt within the EU. VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside of the EU. Orders to countries outside of EU, USA, Japan may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do our very best to deliver Aqalogy products as fast as possible.

AQALOGY SHIPPING

To deliver our products to our customers we are using services of Slovak postal office.

All of the products are sent from Bratislava, the capital od Slovak Republic, European Union.

 

DELIVERY TIME

European Union: 3-5 days

Other Eurpean countries: 5-7 days

USA: 5-7 days

 

SHIPPING CHARGE

We ship worldwide with FREE SHIPPING on all orders above 70€

On all orders below 70€ we charge 7€ as a shipping fee.

 

TAXES AND OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES

Please notice that if your country is a part of European Union you will NOT pay any additional charges and the price you see on our website is final.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

AQALOGY RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

In our Aqalogy Team we will work as hard as we can  /even more/ to provide you with best services and perfect products! . Your satisfactions is our priority! We are taking into consideration that sometimes there is a situation when you will need to Exchange or Return your Aqalogy item.

Unworn and unlaundered Aqalogy products may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of delivery

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the item(s) remain unworn and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.

For all other returns, standard shipping fees apply to the replacement item(s). The exchange shipping cost must be paid before your exchange items can be shipped out to you.
